About SNS
Fondazione Scuola Nazionale Servizi (SNS) is an Italian research and training foundation established to support companies and public organisations operating in the Facility Management and services sector. Founded on a shared culture of work and professional development, SNS brings together more than 60 member organisations — including enterprises, national industry associations, and civil society bodies — representing a significant share of the Italian Facility Management market.
Areas of Activity
SNS operates across four main areas:

- European project design and internationalisation.
Its activities serve both private service companies and public procurement bodies, providing independent expertise, tailored training programmes, and support for the adoption of new technologies and management practices.
Role in HEALTH-LOG-AI
SNS participates actively across all phases of the HEALTH-LOG-AI project, contributing to the definition of the AI literacy competency framework (WP2), the development and validation of learning materials (WP3), and the communication and dissemination of project results (WP5). In particular, SNS leads Work Package 4 — Piloting and Testing — coordinating the validation of the AI literacy competency framework and learning materials across Italy, Spain, and Belgium. SNS also coordinates the desk and field research on AI applications in healthcare logistics (WP2, Activity 2.2), bringing direct operational expertise through a network of member companies specialising in pharmaceutical logistics services.
This combination of training experience and industry knowledge makes SNS a central bridge between the research developed by the project and the professionals it aims to serve.
