Artificial Intelligence Techniques SL, commercially known as Artelnics, is a small and medium-sized enterprise based in Spain specializing in the development and application of artificial intelligence technologies. Artelnics develops two flagship AI technologies: OpenNN, an open-source neural networks library, and Neural Designer, a professional data science and machine learning platform. Role in HEALTH-LOG-AI

Artelnics actively participates in the HEALTH-LOG-AI project, bringing specialized expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and digital learning technologies. The company contributes to defining AI literacy needs in healthcare logistics, supports the development of training content, and provides technical expertise to translate AI concepts into practical, accessible learning materials for professionals.

In particular, Artelnics leads Work Package 3 — Developing Learning Material and Methodology Approach. In this role, Artelnics coordinates the development of learning materials and methodological tools to strengthen AI literacy among healthcare logistics professionals. Its experience in developing AI software and applying machine learning to logistics and healthcare use cases helps ensure that the training resources are technically sound, practice-oriented, and aligned with the sector’s real needs.

Artelnics also contributes to piloting, validation, and dissemination activities, supporting the transfer of AI knowledge to vocational education and professional training environments.
